Description
Anaconda is a distribution of the Python and R programming languages that simplifies package management and deployment for scientific computing applications (data science, machine learning, large-scale data processing, predictive analytics, etc.). Anaconda is free and open source software and is available for Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Anaconda’s package manager, conda
, is used to install Python and R binaries, C/C++ libraries, and data-science packages from the Anaconda repository. The Anaconda distribution includes data science, machine learning, and visualization packages such as NumPy, pandas, Dask, TensorFlow, and Matplotlib.
