Using the Jot Editor

Click on the "Software" option of the desktop toolbox (in the upper lefthand corner of the screen), and from the "Editors" menu choose "Jot" (clicking on the word "Editors" gives you the menu). Jot has it's own self-contained help program which can be invoked by clicking on the "Help" menu option in Jot.
