ZMail/MediaMail Problem

If you are unable to receive e-mail after you started using MediaMail (or Zmail), perform the following steps.
  1. Terminate MediaMail if it is already running.
  2. rm .forward
  3. rm .zmailrc
  4. Start MediaMail
  5. Click on the NO button when the pop-up appears asking if you want lines added to your .forward file.
  6. Click on the "Options" menu and choose the "Variables" item.
  7. Scroll down to the "dot_forward" variable and click on it.
  8. Then choose the "Off" option in window.
  9. Click on Close
  10. Click on the "Options" menu and choose the "Save Configuration" item.
  11. Click "OK" on all pop-ups.
That should take care of it.

Note:You will lose all your zmail alias settings after you perform these steps.
